We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Cost: £12.95
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over £50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our outdoor gear with the same confidence we have in our own camping equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with peace of mind.

Returns Eligibility

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition Requirements:
    • Item must be in original condition (unused with tags attached)
    • Must include original packaging
    • Proof of purchase required
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sleeping bags (unless faulty) – due to hygiene reasons

All other products including camping furniture, cooking equipment, tent accessories, tent spares, and tents themselves are eligible for return under our standard policy.

Step-by-Step Returns Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Wells-based team will respond within one business day with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Ship Back: Send the package to our return address using a trackable service

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages

Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return

If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
