At Wild Camp Shop, we stand behind our outdoor gear with the same confidence we have in our own camping equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward returns process ensures you can shop with peace of mind.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your gear must be:
- In original condition (unused with tags attached)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sleeping bags unless they are faulty. All other camping furniture, cooking equipment, tent accessories, spares, and tents themselves are eligible for return under our standard policy.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return your camping gear:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our Wells-based team will respond within one business day with return instructions
- Package Securely – Repack the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship Back – Send the package to our Wells address using a trackable service (see below for address)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement.
