Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) as well as PayPal for secure, convenient checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions and never store your full payment details on our servers. PayPal transactions are handled entirely through their secure platform.
Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
Currently we don’t offer gift cards, but we’re considering this for future. In the meantime, you might consider a PayPal payment as a gift that the recipient can use for their outdoor gear purchase.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We ship globally to most destinations, excluding some remote Asian regions due to logistical challenges. At checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
  • Expedited Standard Shipping (£12.95): Premium courier service via DHL/FedEx with 10-15 day delivery after 1-2 day processing. Tracked door-to-door with signature confirmation.
  • Free Economy Shipping: Available for orders over £50. Environmentally conscious EMS service with 15-25 day delivery after processing.

How long until my order arrives?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. Then:
  • Expedited Standard: 10-15 days
  • Free Economy: 15-25 days
Delivery times may vary slightly by destination. For time-sensitive trips, we recommend choosing expedited shipping and ordering well in advance of your departure date.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders come with tracking. For expedited shipping, you’ll receive detailed DHL/FedEx tracking. Economy orders include EMS tracking. We’ll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
For international orders outside the UK, local customs may charge import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We provide clear customs documentation to minimise delays, but we can’t predict or control these fees as they vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We stand by our gear with a no-nonsense 15-day return window from delivery date. To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Tents and sleeping systems require original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty)
Start the return process via the dedicated portal in your order confirmation email.
What if my item is faulty or damaged?
If your gear arrives damaged or doesn’t meet wilderness standards, we’ll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund. Please email photos of the damage to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional days to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we handle exchanges by processing a return and new purchase. For fastest service, place a new order for the correct item while returning the original.

Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save preferences, and speeds up future purchases.
I forgot my password – how do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You’ll receive a secure link to create a new password.
How do I update my account details?
